Joining Aviva Investors after completing her ACA qualification at a Big Four accounting firm, Lucy was motivated to learn quickly. She gained a good foundation of knowledge about the business as a whole, which she built upon during a secondment in a FP&A role.
During her secondment, Lucy participated in The Aviva Investors Future Talent Programme. This gave her the unique opportunity to get to know stakeholders on a more personal level, as well as present to senior leaders.
Having this chance to network in a natural way has helped Lucy build lasting relationships with her colleagues. And these connections continue to help her progress today.
