How we work
We’re an inclusive and connected business. Currently, we’re in Stonewall’s top 50 ranking of LGBT friendly workplaces, who have commended our ‘Aviva Pride’ network . We also have our own international Women’s Network. Aviva Investors partners with Investment 2020 who are driven by bringing more diverse talent into all aspects of investment through school leavers and graduate trainees. We are championing the Diversity Project, with our CEO, Euan Munro, sitting on the advisory board, as we aim to achieve diversity across all dimensions, including gender, ethnicity, socio-economic background, LGBT+, age and disability.
