Parenting without compromise

Becoming a parent is life-changing – your leave should reflect that.

We offer 26 weeks of fully paid parental leave to all colleagues, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or how they became parents*. Because bonding with your child shouldn’t be rushed or restricted.

A growing number of colleagues are taking advantage of this policy, with men making up nearly half of all leave-takers. We believe that every parent deserves time to adjust, connect, and thrive in both their family and career.

Career returners: Bringing talent back

We know that career breaks shouldn’t mean career barriers. That’s why our Career Returners programme helps finance professionals – especially women – return to the investment sector with confidence.

Run in partnership with Career Returners, you are supported in your return through a structured programme. What started as an initiative in 2018 has now become a key talent pipeline, strengthening both our business and the wider industry.

We’re proud to be a partner of the Diversity Project, an initiative dedicated to building a more inclusive investment and savings industry.
