Alongside our graduate programme, we offer a 12-month Traineeship Programme, delivered in collaboration with Investment20/20. This programme is designed specifically for individuals starting their careers without a university degree and provides a supported entry route into an asset management business.
Trainees join operations, risk and data led teams that underpin how investment firms operate responsibly and at scale. From day one, you’ll contribute to real work, build valuable skills, and gain a practical understanding of how a global asset manager works.
