I lead a diverse team, bringing our experience, skills, and ideas together to deliver for Aviva Investors and help manage the risks we face. I’m proud of our ability to affect tangible change and solve problems for our business.

It’s the variety, the challenges, and the opportunities to keep learning that I enjoy most about working here. Compared to other companies I’ve been part of, I feel able to positively influence outcomes for the company and our clients.

With a BA in History and an MSc in Information Technology, I started my career in the IT department of an airline company.

After five years of travelling the world thanks to their staff discount, I switched industries and joined a UK-based global asset manager. I spent 10 years there delivering business and IT change across various fund services, operations and distribution.

I initially joined Aviva Investors on a six-month contract to help define our global business architecture. Twelve years on, I’m pleased to say I’m still here.
